I have worked extensively at Stowe (Roxburgh Theatre) for the last seven years on a wide range of productions, which have included festivals, operas, musical theatre and dramas. My most prestigious shows to date have been with Stowe Opera working on Il Trovatore, Rusalka, Don Carlos, Hansel and Gretel and Carmen, for which I did Lighting Design and Scenic Art. Other productions for Stowe include Killed and Example, and more recently I was Technical Director for Stowe’s Arts Festival in which 15 different companies came to the school during a four day event.
Since graduating with a BA Hons in Designing for the Stage from the Central School of Speech and Drama I have been a Freelance Designer. When working on Hansel and Gretel (Bowen West Theatre) and Fear Eats the Soul (Menier Chocolate Factory) I added to the realization of my design by painting and building the sets.
I am a Member of the Society of British Theatre Designer, Equity, Association of Lighting Design and Association of British Theatre Technicians. |
