Summary of what I have achieved at BAC
I worked at building the technical team whilst increasing the maintenance of the technical equipment. This involved increasing the level of technical involvement with artists, the production values in festivals like One on One, N2O Lynch, the technical drawings across the whole building, the involvement of the FOH in the process of creating shows, the technical knowledge events have of the building helping making the relationship clear with the clients, the health and safety in risk assessments at BAC, better emergency lighting throughout BAC, the quality of rooms, Dark Room, New Committee Room, Porter Mess, courtyard and the transformation of the general office into a kid space. This does not touch on the growing communications I have built with the Artists and Producers.
My biggest assert during my time there was the team, I could not have achieved these shows without them.
